de Contas como uma Instituição moderna.
De facto, a efectiva execução da disposição
constitucional de 1976 que definira a natureza
do Tribunal de Contas, só viria a ocorrer
com a Lei de Reforma do Tribunal de Contas
(Lei nº 86/89, de 8 de Setembro). |
Following the new constitutional legal framework,
António de Sousa Franco re-established the Tribunal de
Contas as a modern Institution.
In fact, the effective implementation of the 1976
constitutional provision, which had defined the nature
of the Tribunal de Contas, would only take place with
the Law of the Reform of the Tribunal de Contas
(Law 86/89, of 8th September). |
